All the suggestions seem pretty good.

Work out, join a boxing gym, jog, smoke pot and grow your own.

If something pisses you off to the point you think about hitting something or someone, leave the room and go for a long walk.

If there are people in your life that won't stop pushing your buttons, don't have them in your life anymore.

Surround yourself with supportive people, but not enablers. You need someone to say "chill man" or "hey let's get the fuck outta here" when you get overworked. People who will be by you as you work through it, and will also let you know when you cross the line.
He can surround himself with riu, most of us are supportive :D
 
i agree iv just gone through soo many im at my wits end and i had this from when i was a kid i did do mma but go fig lost the job out of money and what not gonna be loseing are home and starting alll over again and that dont fking help at fucking all stress + anger = BAD i did use meds for awhile but i did do my reserch and All most if not alll pill kil yout liver and every thing els

Well that can make things worse. Job and housing are two BIG concerns of everyone.

Depending on what meds you were on, sometimes the benifits outweigh the risks.

My OBGYN told me to stay on my antidepressants at a reduced dose while I am preg. I am pretty much nonfunctional without my meds. Plus the withdrawals from going off meds wouldnt be good for the baby.

Sometimes and dont take this the wrong way we need to act like adults and grow up, we need to become members of society, as mentioned it who you surround yourself with, possibly you could find religion/and or spiritual guidance in your life. I am by no means religious yet I work with a church once a month to feed the homeless, which all the food prep and money comes out of my own pocket

Unfortunately when you have constant stressors in your life (job/house) it is hard to relax and zone out to something you enjoy. It can make you more on edge than usual.

Work on important matters (finding a job, housing) 1-3 hours a day and then try to spend the rest of your day doing something you enjoy. Preferably do the serious stuff in the morning and the fun at night. That way you can relax enough to go to sleep.

OP, as a former "angry" person, myself, I can tell you that you need to get some help. Forget the therapists. There are free, group counseling sessions around. The first thing you need to do is figure out what exactly it is that has you so angry. The pedo is a great start. You need to know, IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT! Talking about it is a great start. If you want to PM me, I am happy to help. Otherwise, I think your continuing to talk here can help. There are some solid peeps here. Ignore the asshats.

I have much to offer in help, but the words are not appropriate at this time. Until then, I offer: Take a deep breath when you want to explode. Think about your response. Practice silence when you get angry and want to beat someone to death. Walk away. YOU stay in control.
