Caregiver not supplying medication to their patient...PLUS REP TO RESPONSES

Well I was contacted by an old friend who has run into a problem with her caregiver. Basicly she gave the caregiver $1000 up front to help with all the expenses that it might cost mostly for the outdoor harvest. Now this person is simply not wanting to supply the person with any marijuana and over the last year has provided less than an ounce to the patient. Ive heard of this happening to other people, those greedy ones out there that want the persons recommendation so they can grow more plants then not giving the patient his/her fair share of medication, but hardly ever nothing at all. For the time being Ive supplied the person with enough to last and will grow for her in the future, but I dont know what she should do or how she should go about getting what is rightfully hers. It would be bad enough if this person just had her liscense and did this to her, but she invested $1000 which would more than cover what their agreement was for 3 plants. Bad thing is being this was a long time friend she doesnt have anything in writing so Im guessing she'll be out the money but does anyone have any advice that I can pass along to help her not get ripped off completely. Thanks and plus rep to anyone who responds.

All you just have to do is have her notify her caregiver, tell him hes a c*ck sucker and that you're charging caregivers. Then you just remail your app in with your new caregivers info. Bam and all done.

Im really wondering if theres any avenues to pursue that can be used as leverage against this sorry excuse for caregiver, this guy is ripping of a young lady that was diagnosed with MS last year, cant imagine any other caregiver being so heartless and greedy for the seriously ill. I'll make sure in the future that she doesnt ever have this problem again, but I would really like to help her put the screws to this douche bag, atleast without me having to cut his brake line, lol jusk kidding, I would never do that....

One of the people i grow for had people that grew for her and never gave her any thing in 8 months and she just keeps giving them money...i had her meds in less the two months and after harvest gave her simpson oil(yes we use over a pound of dry bud to make 2 oz)Tink made with only top bud, washer machine hash, keffer, gee butter...so you need another grower that cares about you...OH The legal sysyem helped us when we got robbed.

well if hes not giving it to the patients then hes blatantly selling it, so go round there an give him the option of giving her say $500 back and some medicine and if he doesnt then just tell him your going to spend the next year costing him money hand over fist til he does, order taxis/takeaways/anything you can order over the phone to his house every couple of hours through the day, slash the tyres on his car once a week, paint stripper over the car, spray paint graffiti opn his house etc etc etc, anything that costs this piece of shit time and money EVERY DAY until he gets the message. Either that or threaten to destroy his crop( i know some ppl are gna screw at me for saying this) if hes outdoor tell him your jus gna spray pesticides over his garden fence once a week for the next year an if hes indoors jus keep tripping his fuse box etc if any wiring is accessible from outside the property.
Or jus go round there an kick the twats head in, seeeeemples!

Ok here is some advice that might actually help.... Basically the caregiver and the patient have a verbal contract so legally the care giver is legally responsible to give the patient their meds. If the care giver fails to fulfill their obligation the care giver is now in breach of contract and can be held responsible for such. The patient can file a lawsuit for breach of contract and will win, the patient can also really make life hard for the caregiver as well by following just a few simple steps. The patient must file for a change of care giver at this point the patient can call the cops and notify them that they wish to collect the remainder of their meds from their former care giver as they are no longer legally entitled to posses the patients meds. And as the care giver had those meds in their possession that means they are in violation of the rules regarding how many plants they can legally posses for care giving. The patient can simply walk in with the police and take what is theirs. Most likely the care giver will be charged as well for their violation of the care giver rules and loose their care giver status altogether.

Cheers,
BR.

More than welcome BluffinCali... I hope the situation goes well and gets resolved... nothing worse than a caregiver who scams their patient. Keep us posted on the progress.
