Casey Jones late blooming

I'm almost in my 3rd week of flower, using a t5. Now my blue dreams and headband have Bud sites coming in all over but Casey is still just throwing white hairs, and small amounts at that. I new it might take longer for flower since the t5 but not this long.
Def upgrading to 600 club!

Has anyone grew Casey? I'm 28 days into flowering and i am barely setting buds pop out, and i mean barely, is this natural, websites say it's a 8-9 week flower time, but at thethis rate I'm wondering if a 3 month flower is gunna be the ultimatum :/
