How do you keep your plants so close to your light and keep the temp down?
that plant rite at the light too leaves are still flat she seems to like it so far have a 16 inch fan blowing across room at top and two fans on floor blowing up exhausted hoods 6 inch
change tent from 5 x 5 to 4 x 8 added a new 600 hps needed to spread plants out

this one real nice plant week one of flower in promix she going to have bud real close together...

I defoliate despite what many of these growers tell people, defoliation used in the right way is a great asset in accomplishing a higher yield....But first and foremost I learned many years ago to only defoliate a little at a time so you don't stress the plant out too much.... example today my ladies are in their second day of flowering I went into the grow room and gave them a little haircut {a whole shoe box size 12} and I do this maybe 2 times a week for the first few weeks of flowering, to stop all those big fan leaves from covering up my budding sites. Before and after pics.View attachment 3534008View attachment 3534009
What did you do with the water that drains out the bottom when you water? Does it just go on the floor of your tent?

Defoliate if you have good carbs in your feed, that's how I been taught but that an African way.
My tent is 80 cm square and 160 cm tall, hardly enuff space and I do perpetual harvest. I know of other ways but we all do mate thats why this forum is for we all share our skills.
If you strip the whole plant then there is an issue, but if you take the fan leafs that are shading you buds will grow through the sugar leafs wich I don't touch. If you have a sativa strains then it will look like my Painkillers because they don't throw out a shit load of leafs. But if it is very indica then leave it be because it's pointless and the plant will keep pushing every leaf you took to pot it bk lol. That's what learnt. It's African ways so it might sound wrong to other who don't know how to do it.
Just like when bending and LST snapping that causes allot of stress and lollipoping because you are taking every energy of the plant.
but if you are only taking minimal with precision and care you will be fine and your plants will be praying like mine. So that's that we all have our wats I feed allot of carbs so I can defoiliate when I need to for the room.
Soo you do what you do and let me do what I do thanks for yur advice guys but I tried em all and this works for me.

I'm a practical man not theory I do and fuck up and don't do it again or only read when I have issues like deffs.
Never had an issue apart from mites and Pk deffs and that was from under feeding, now I have my nutes sort of dialed in and things are going good.
never stressed plant from defoliation because I know what I'm doing lol you might have got exited with your self and fucked up or not fed it well that's your past and your issues.
I grow weed like I grow my veggies outside lol its just a plant mate you will realise that when all your money has goneon AN and still have a shit grow.
I would hate to grow 20 oz a plant because I know buds aren't gonna be as nice 2-5 oz of potent stuff per plant.
PS I smoke every bud I grow and go with quality over quantity my man it works allot better... But each to their own
Oh I only got my tent last Xmas of 2014 and been growing mj since then so not even a year and I can pull nice buds to keep me happy I don't sell so not a care of what you or your second account thinks. 20 fucking years i will grow you a field with less money than what that idiot payed and studied for lol. I am a noob but no stranger to mj the way I learned how to grow it is how I seen it done. Not read that shit. I like to find out if it works or not or how I could make it better. Rather than coming back in 20 years i am a noob lmao.
So when you can achieve nice buds with a plant praying through her whole cycle with less than £40 then you will be on my level. AN DOES ALL THE WORK FOR YOU AND HURTS YOUR BUM HOLE THATS WHY YOU CANT STOP TALKING BOUT IT NOR CAN PROVE THA ACTUAL FULL GROW AND CHOP DOWN. Fake recognise fake fool lmao

.
Fella I gotta say I don't know what it would take for you to see that defoliating is nothing but harmful to your plants, I really don't.
The pics you post actually illustrate this. At 5 weeks it should look much better than it does but it can't because you have it stunned so bad it's fighting to stay alive.
You mentioned that you can't help yourself from pulling the leaves off of your plant. If you don't get over that, you'll always be spinning your wheels.
I'm not meaning to be critical here, I'm just saying.

I know what your saying do you understand what I'm saying lol
Please carefully read. It cause me issues before. Its same with lollipoping snapping your branch and what not. Know when my plants are in pain and if I over did because they droop. Now this is my first grow controlling my nutes and habits. Can you see my plant droop? I know what to do to counteract it and don't take all the leafs same day. I know what your saying and I am thankful for your sound advice. I do it differently and use nutes differently. And I have to defoiliate because of my grow style and I have never had successful lollipoping or the others without red streaks on my plants and really stun it.
The reason why it's like that it took weeks and half until pistils came out if I count from that day then we entering week four. That's what I'm trying to say. We all do it differently stressing the plants to do what we want. You just gotta train yourself and your plants to do the same without much bother to the lady.
Some over nute, under nute, pruning, defoliation, lollipoping and what ever the others are called. I strechimass my plants and take the BIG FAN LEAF THAT COVERS LIGHT TO MY BUDS. Thanks again for you explanation but it took me 6 grows to get to this understanding and growing a plant that prays when waterd with lots of run off or dry. Try achieving with all the stress you give your lady.

What I would advice is to get that spray bottle and spray your leafs and then try and wife off as much of that dried milk as you can. It could be affecting the photosynthesis of the leaf or leafs.

I've quit reading the things you say....... Five grows w a little guidance you should be ready for high times..... Instead it still looks like your first
I know mate such is life you grow and you learn I have openly said before this is my first actual grow that's gone good lmao.

if you're so tired of telling me then why message again with the same shit that's been said five page's ago.

I do it my way you do it your you might like lollipoping and know how to manage that without stressing a plant, So do I mate I defoliate (not useful leafs in my opinion) and the ones that obstruct light to the other heads.

Soon that's that she is praying and flowering nicely so no harm done. And I only posted the pic because the op asked for a pic of my plants and what I do.

Not for you fuckwits sit there and say this and that. If you can use a technique that works for you and not others then it's well done to you.

Maybe you guys went overboard with it and wasn't feeding the right things and shit went Pete Tong... That's you guys issues.
I'll show you the pic in dark period the lady is still praying lmao that's a good heathy plant.
I understand it's a bad thing but so is lollipoping and what not but it's your style and how you fend off the stress.

Took me 5 grows and having tent for a year and reading as I go one.

Not the mj books mate real life experience and learn how to manage it doesn't affect badly.

That's all folks...understand what I am saying mate.

I'm no pro just read my plants not books.

Hence labs dexter I trial and error all the way and make sure I don't get that error no more. Thanks for your time tho and effort to tell something I know already
When you can figure out how to defoliate properly message me back.
