Your plant looks stressed. Single bladed leaves are your plants way of telling you she doesnt think she is going to make it.
Be on the watch for hermi buds.

Kind of a funky lookin plant there man but you've got some bud sites goin so good job. Add a few more 2700k cfl bulbs, go buy like a 3 pack of 25 watters at wal mart for $6.

how long do you wait to flower them? days/height
and try to look for some seaweed extract i heard it acts as an organic hormone that allows uncontrolled plant cell growth

that might help

Skunk #1 based hybrid, by the look of her, should be some nice, tight, resin heavy buds at the end of the journey. Some leaves show damage as if she is growing against the walls of her environment to me.

My experience with similar genetics says give it 2 weeks then prune 50% of major fan leaves, with a weekly prune after that of 50% of whatever fan leaves/large bud leaves are left each week and you will boost your buds. I grow belladonna, which is a similar genetic, and am extremely happy with the results, your plant should be pretty hardy, be able to handle some temperature extremes (but prefer it warm) and produces a good yield compared to other strains.

Looking forward to seeing more pics. Any idea on exact strain?
