my babies.sprouted at or 3 days +/- 15 september. didnt really anticipate this many females, so i see a lighting problem in my future. mightve topped a bit early, but it seems to be working out fine.

EDIT: oh and these are all bagseed..germinated in a solo cup until they sunk, then in a paper towel till the taproot showed.

Cool man...I'm just curious, what the temp under those lights?? I added a CFL under w/one of those reflectors that made the temp in my grow box go up like 7 degrees. Took the reflector off and the temp dropped. Again just curious...

i use the hand method where u put ur hand under the lights, and if its too warm for your hand then its too warm for your plants..and unless i shouldve learned something a long time ago then shit...cause when i grow they either grow leaves at the nodes or start producing nanas.EDIT,and tonight im switching my light cycle, its been 4 weeks so im gonna experiment with a short veg time and see what happens.

so first, 6th day of flowering.
goddamn cfl done burned my plant up.. and what does everyone think about this plant thats all bushy, i cant tell whats what and im worried it might not be getting enough light under the fan leaves, soooo....to cut or not to cut some fan leaves , i dont think i should since theyre like traps for light and food, water etc..and some f**king bug was flying around my plants and a couple leaf tips look mutated a bit, but im sure its fine.. i killed the bug today, he was just chillin on my leaf and i smushed him..small black bug..i only saw him and didnt see any others but im sure theyre around.

what up des! theyve grown quite a bit since your last post.

dont cut the fan leaves! if they dont get enough light theyll die off on their own. even if theyre not getting full light theyll still carry out photosynthesis with what they do get. If anything start to lst the branches and open up the center to get better penetration and to even out the canopy

the bushy one looks fine, i dont see what youre talking about

if your worried about them not getting enough light you can always pick up some disposable florescent light bars for side lighting. i use them in my garage for convenient move-able lighting, good for plants too, you can get them at any hardware store for 10-15 bucks, they plug right into the wall socket, and they have little holes in the back for nails to attach them to the wall, two or three should be good for you
good luck man, look good so far

theyre called like GE grow and show or somthing, make sure to keep them close the plant to prevent strach, but you seem to already know that..

How close are your lights? Hows ventilation? I'd get my CFLs sometimes to close, but your's does not show any real heat or light burn, they look fine. May want to ad some 26 watt in the 2700-3000 kelvin range to locate in and around the bud/pistils when they get a bit bigger.

they look good and it is a constant battle with cfl's i chaek on my plants twice a day when the lights turn on and when they are about to turn off and adjust the light as needed.....i like to keep them 2 inches away......... also always make some sort of secondary resraint in case the clamp slipps of so your lights dont fall into your plants.

the chain i have holding my lights up goes through my clamps so its safe unless a nail gets ripped off a stud in the wall..i have to raise them up like everyday, theyre growing so much.

your plants look fantastic. i have been cutting back the fan leaves that are blocking light from healthy nodes below. the ones off the the side I tie down. they are still getting the light but the nodes along the main stem are blowing up. That being said.... you're plants look amazing. Keep up the good work.... I AM SUBBED!
