CFL Harvest

Hi all, I wanted to share some photos of my CFL grow.
I have 300 watts of CFL some 27k and some 65k.
I have recently purchased an HLG 260w QB, and will be using this going forward.
It is amazing to me that I could get this good of a harvest with cfls.
This is Northern Lights from clones.
It has been 77days since flipping to 12/12
This is my setup.

A 2x3x4 cabinet.

Yes if you look close you can see some problems.
I wrongly thought I could give nutes according to the feeding schedule for Fox Farms nutes.
So nute lockout and calmag deficiency, from over feeding.
I flushed with plain ph water, and stopped the nutes.
Didn't fully recover, but still a pretty good harvest.

This is the biggest colas I have grown.

Can't wait to see what the QB is going to give me.
I'll post a few more pics tomorrow after I finish my harvest.

Hell yeah! Growing on the cheap works! If I had to choose between buying from someone on the street that I don't know well and growing with CFL it would be CFL. If I had to choose between CFL and an HLG 260 it would be the HLG. Who the hell buys into a hobby at the high end though? You buy the shitty equipment to learn with then you upgrade to the good stuff once you know you aren't going to break it on the first try. Is that just insane crazy or what?

Nice CFL grow! Hard to get good yield with them looks like you did good. I also started on CFLs Lambs Breath only about half oz but man some of the best smoke it was right up there!

I was referring to several arguments I've been having with people on this site about economics. I was actually agreeing with him but you would have to know me to understand that context.

Yeah if they are all 26w could be. Hard to tell from picture. 250w. Close enough. I'll keep my mouth closed lol

So it is a homemade cfl fixture
6 outlets 2 on each side and 1 at each end
With spliters I have 10 bulbs
I started with 8 bulbs 43w (150weq) each, that adds up to 344w
Now I did change out a few to get my 27k, but I added 4 at 23w
So final was exactly 340watts

In the end I was starting to get some foxtails right in the center

Very happy with the outcome

My drying rack looks empty.

I did fill it up with my outdoor harvest last October.

Fantastic job. I started with cfl also. U killed it. Soo u just put the bulbs right on top of screen huh. Tight. Good shit
