Cfl: Is my choice sufficient?

Okay, so I've been looking into making a lighting upgrade from my thrown together setup... and I was looking to invest in some cfl lighting. Im working on the smallest scale possible and am looking to get a good yield from maybe just one plant, so my question is (as I've been looking and am happy with the reviews and price) is a 200 watt cfl dual spectrum sufficient for me?

A 250 watt HID light is better and more sufficient. You will have a better yield as well.
