CFL Lighting, can you have too much?

I was just wondering whether having a 13w CFL and a 45w CFL on each plant will be plenty. If not, I could go to 2 45w's per plant but I don't know if I want to/can deal with all that heat in the space I have.

When I can make my grow space bigger, is there a limit to how much light CFL light I can put on each plant? From the forums it looks like more is better, don't want to overdo it though .

get as much CFLs as you can. preferably the full spec ones.
