HansBud Well-Known Member Aug 13, 2016 #2 Not necessary you could use 6500k all the way and get nugs but have heard they can be fluffy don't know if that's true or not I only use CFL to start my seedlings if it were me I'd throw some 2700ks in when they start to flower
