CFL lighting question.

How many CFL's should i use and at what wattage?
I am growing 2 plants in a normal condo appartement closet.
Stealth is not required.
My T 8 isn't enough...

42 watts work great. 23's are ok too. try to get about 8000-10,000 lumens per plant. You really need alot to grow decent bud.

if stealth isnt an issue why are you using cfls?

If you're doing a box, then use as many cfl's as possible, I think 3 150w per plant is a minimum. I'd buy 2 of the 5 packs. The more light, the denser and better the bud. Good luck

3 150 watt??? per plant, you must mean 150 watt equivilent (42 watt)

I want to find out first if growing is my thing before i plow down 200$ on an HPS or MH.
So you guys think that 2 of the 5 pack(42 watts) would be enough for the girls?
To set it up,i need Y sockets and what else?
