very nice buds man. yea trim everything before you hang dry. hang upside down ain a dark cool place for 5 days or so. check the stems around day 4. bend them and if they smap or pop they are ready for cure. do you have a scale? also hit us up with some trimmed pics of the buds. looks real good man. +rep for you.

once the outside of the nugs are crispt yo the touch and the stems snap instead of bend put them into jars to start cure. for the first few days burp the jars 3 or 4 times a day for around 20 min. re arrange the nugs in the jar so they all get moved around over time. what you are doing is getting rid of any chlorophyll and and other stuff not flushed out with a good flush. this is when taste and good smell starts to come back to the bud. do this for at least 2 weeks. a longer cure will taste smoother and smell better. after the first week of burping the jars one or 2 times a day for 5 min or so is ok.
