Cfl Veg?

i have just set up a 3x3 room and about 5 ft tall i have 2x3 hydro tray with ebb & flow system.i have selected 2 125w cfl 6500k lights both in sun system reflectors.....is this going to be good for a vegg room????

great thanks also have a 6" clip fan with 4" inline running 160cfm..

I'm not sure. Humans exhale co2 so I just spend a couple minutes each day talking to the plant. I believe there are quite a few threads about co2 so just check around.

you can make co2 easy.
just mix 1 cup sugar in a 1 gal jug with some yeast.
