Changing the 12 12 cycle?

I put my plants into flower. It has been 6 days now and they have already started showing white .

Problem is with the heat and grow room space, temps are getting super high so i wanna change my time setting almost a complete 24hr turn around.

How do i go about doing this without causing problems.

extend dark cycle till you get to time you want
