cheap ballasts

Looking for 2 150 or 250 watt ballasts for a veg/mother chamber (going with 2 because it is a rectangular space), don't mind if they need to be assembled if it will save some money. Any suggestions on where I can find the cheapest ballasts would be greatly appreciated.

Some hydro shops sell used equip. Maybe call around if that's an option in your area.

Ebay baby, Swamped with old High/low bay lights. You can get waht you need cheap, try to find a seller with a bulk lot so you can buy 2 and only pay for shipping once.

Light bulbs, Rope Lights, Halogen and Fluorescent bulb - 1000-Bulbs - The Light Bulb Superstore seems reasonable to me
