In search of grow tents I couldn't help but think there is a cheaper way and here it is.
All you need are these items and can be done under 500 for this solid unit.
Home depot 4x2x6 metal shelves (you can actually set the shelves up to have a small 18 inch high veg chamber)
Panda film 10x25
light blocking self adhesive zipper kit
10' flexible ducting (enough for intake at bottom and outtake at top)
duct tape or velcro (to adhere panda film)
2 6'' fans (1 oscillating for inside and 1 to blow cool air in at base, you will need to cut 6'' hole at base for duct)
1 6'' inline fan (cut 6'' hole in top shelf to run duct work out to fan)
1 filter cannister
1 400 or 600 hps light w/ ballast (mout light off the top of sturdy metal frame work)
