Just reached out to the service email, but reaching out here maybe for some more direct help. My FCE8000 just died in less than 30 days since purchase. Was working fine, until it wasnt. Nothing tripped on my surge, have tried numerous outlets and the light simply won't turn on with the dimmer switch flipped in either direction. I have a 5x5 in flower and a dead light that's less than 30 days old and costs over $600. Not super impressed at the moment.
