here is my 2 600watt hps lights ... any ideas on how to drop the temprature atleast 5 degrees down????View attachment 1514345View attachment 1514346View attachment 1514348CIMG1863.JPG the 2 3" ductin u see there are low intake vents that bring fresh air into my grow room if i leave the closet door open with lights on, the temperatures will be in the low 90's with the door open it reads me a steady 84 degrees i want to have the door closed and have total controll of my envirooment, any ideas???? they will be greatly appreciated....

i was going to suggest cool tubes, but it looks like you've already on that one.. is there anyway you could vent in some cooler outside air to help bring down the temps? not sure where your at, but right now around me parts, its perfect weather to be bringing into the grow room..

im in houston weather right now is too dam hot!!!! i just step into the sun a i start sweatin ma balls off!!!!.... yea i toojk apart all my ductin and im gon try to rearange all my cooling system ima install 2 low out take vents in side the closet.... i am also gona use my 6" can fan to coll my lights only then get rid of that hot air by throwing it outside my window.... might be tomorrow.... but ill def post pics to hear some feed back my 5 girls are doing grat... alot of new growth going on,.... sice my seeds are feminized could i start takin clones from them before they flower or should i wait to make sure that all of them are females????

the day temps that im shooting for are anywhere from 72 to 78, i dont want to reach the 80s.

put in y pipes in front and back of the cool tubes and have that fan pushing that shit out of the tent...1 intake for the lights and 1 exhaust. to cool the room you'll need another exhaust fan and a decent sized intake. put your exhaust high and intake low.....cool air is lower and will stay there. make sure the air outside of the tent is cool because it's what's being sucked into the tent, which is now going to include hot air from the lamps, but anything under 85ish is ok. depending how hot you keep the house, a booster fan might be able to keep it cool if you can keep the lights cool.

Yea,... I have to keep the ac running on 75 all day,... That gets my closet to about 84 never going over.... I have 1 exaust 6 inch can fan kinda high and a low intake kinda low... I have another 6 inch can fan cooling my lights.... My closet is 4by4by9 .....i wOuld not mind droppin my room a couple of more degrees so I think ima put a 4 inch can fan up higher ,... Hopefully this will keep it a lil cooler
