Cheese - Blue Cheese Dwc ak47 & D'Og in Soil 2/11

Day 35 flower I been looking at some old grow pics and it looks as if the ? cheese is moving slowly and im not sure why.Nothings changed except that i some of these buds got pollenated (3 colas). Its now got me thinking that must be the reason for the slow down in growth in the whole plant. If thats the case i might aswell do smaller plants (1-2 colas) and pollenate all of it instead. The Lm xch x unk#2 (lmx2) is looking on the small side ,smells cheesey/fruity in a nice way,the rooted cuts will be going in to bubblers in the next run ,see what it does..C99#s are frosting nicely and starting to fill out, there still tiny though but they look like they'll be finishing first. Pk Heri is moving slowly not sure on the flowering times but its looking like this and the lmx2 will finish around the same time . I threw the mystrey plant in soil and probably going to through out the other as its not the bud i want to be working with.. Popped a few more seeds ..ak47 fem.. Spice...and snowdawg x sour d(no germ yet 3/3) ..This will be getting about with the the freshly rooted sage#2 cuts and the sweeds i popped a few weeks back.. Heres afew picks.. dr green dre..

Not sure if it could be your problem with the ? cheese, but I've had airstones completely clog up and there was no bubbles in the tank. The plant kept living just fine, but didn't make any progress. I didn't realize for 2 weeks.

Everything is looking so good. Nice and frosty. Props mate.

Nah its not the air stones jig as i checked the res this morning, its drinking a lot a water too just not producing at the rate it used too.. frosty though so i don't know if its somehow put its energy into that instead. Think i need to grab a few botany books ..

Damn hackers .. well its agood job i got another journal over @breedbay.. i can't fill back on a months work so i'll catch up from were i left off harvesting..

Hey G... some good stuff going on over here for sure. It's all still dank as hell dre. At least we haven't lost a month of growing. I'm getting ready to harvest in about 2 weeks. Not quite as nice looking as yours though. Got me a bit jealous.

Thanks jig ..ya know you set the the pace though, im just trying to put some of the info that you guys have shared on here into action.. I've said it before i know but that "wall of bud" of casey in the #2 5 Gal Bucket Vert Scrog along with heath robinsons "tree grows" had me like wtf ..watched that vid many times.. I knew that i needed to start paying attention ..

Alright guys i've finished up all plants now except the ? cheese , i was going to hash it all but some of the top buds aint to bad after a trim but i still might do the bottom. Im relocating at the moment so its taken alittle longer than normal, its the end of the road for this room.
Smoked the Lmx#2 and its just what i thought ..Dank bud right there,smoked it nearly all the samples i was supposed to give to mates ..Cheesy lemony funk.. tastes lingers in your mouth proper nice.. the only downside to me is that the hits (like most cheeses) dont last long enough but that could be that is just morish cause you blaze it of rapid.. The guys that got to smoke it in the end are loving it they're happy with the buzz but i smoke alot more than the average guy so my tolerances are are different to most.
Well i now have this cut in hydro at 20days and i have a cut of it being mothered right now so i should have enough cuts to do a whole room of this or at least half depending on how it does in the hydro setup ,if it yeilds the same or more than the cheese next to it then it will be around for a long time..

Smoked samples of most of the buds now i'll do a smoke report later on , so far the huge sage#1 is weak ,leaves no impression on you at all.. Jack herer smell fruity ,its all right ..gets you there.. C99s grapefruit and lesser fruity tastes ..good buzz..nothing to heavy..#1 grapefruit tasted strong felt like it left an aftertaste in your mouth..Pk x heri tastes like hints of sweet fruits like faint cherrys and then goes..nice body buzz to it..

Also i spoke with the guy behind them pk x heri beans and will be sending him all (-10) of them beans that i crossed. I can't wait to see what combos come from these crosses.. plus i found i seeds in the mixxed up bag of c99s and one seed in a bud of herer .. not sure if there natural or from my pollen but guessing as there was only one in in 3 c99s that was natural but i've just got into the jack so i can't say.

I didn't have my cam all the way through harvest so not everythings been snapped ..

It's a lot of trial and error with new strains but it's fun and I'm sure it's nice having all those different varieties around. Well done!

Thanks bro.. Yeah its like amsterdam coffee shop right now.. imagine not knowing what to smoke next .. yeah after the #1 's i wouldn't of thought these would be possible .. i just hope everyone that received the Lemon x cheese x Unknown #2 Aka lmx#2 gets that pheno or better . And i think Lmx#1 ones should get binned or outdoor grown only..sorry for those that recieved them... These crosses will get tested locally and overseas so by september i should have a rounded picture on these and which ones to bring forward.

Thanks for the comments Lucius and jig - its good to hear that bro.. Im smoking mainly sage#2 now ,it reminds me of the Engineers Dream slightly ,i can't wait till i get the ed back in my garden,its mothering away with the LMX#2 at a mate of mines.. I got a bunch of olds cuts back aswell to add to the mix -Dpq,sour d,and ak48 from .. i grew the 48 in the old thread ,to be honest i kinda forgot about it. I got 1 c.s.sh also from my mates stash plus one of he's cheese's. These are under a floro and will be kept like that for a while until the new gardens up. I have a tent up at the moment at another location.. the Sunshine Daydreams,crystal Urk,You want this and co are in.. I'll post pics of the next visit..

Lucius theres no added Co2 in here , i tried the homemade way in my first online grows but i can't say that they made much diff, Check out whodatnation's last grow ..some serious colas with Co2..

And i've decided i will see what comes of the sage x Lmx#2 now ..Even though i said they would be binned ,upon further reading i don't see any conclusive reasons why not to its imo fem to reg shouldn't be a problem if they're proven fems ..either way they will be getting a spot in the garden , i was able to keep 10 of the pk x Heri x Lmx#2 thanks my friend.. Plus i got a about bunch of Ethiopian seeds to collect of a very good friend soon so theres going to be alot of seed popping in the next few months.

This are some of the cuts the cuts and seeds for the previous round, they've had had a stress full start to life so they are not doing the best.
They'll be going in to Flower next week,i left my cam so i didnt take to much pics with my phone but they'll be better snaps next week.

I think those plants look fine and the great thing about hydro is they can recover in days and overgrow that room in weeks.

you know i don't see the day growing with out cheese in the uk.. Its like the staple diet over here .. Ask for bud in this city and you'll get cheese .. theres a lot a variations though and i think i've smoked more fake cheese on the road than real cheese in the last 2yrs.. Its potent bud if you get that right cut and it reeks so bad theres no such thing as bag appeal .. Its sweet scent does the talking for this strain ..reeks to much sometimes .. This cut i have is highly rated around here and gets shared about alot.

Im not sure who made all the strains except for the Dog kush by Dst.. DPQ and Deep Blue i think by mr west and sour cherry by hemlock i do believe.. Theres a few different breeders in the mix.

Those cuts are looking like beasts. Should be quite a haul out of them. I smoked some good cheese one time... was years ago now, but it was good stuff. Stunk to high heaven.

I've got some Psycho killer beans I can't wait to grow out.
