Hey what's up. Here's my setup

- 5 gallon bucket
- Lid with basket
- Hydroton
- 3 foot coil air stone
- NextGen Ballast
- 1000 watt AgroMax Bulb
- AiroFlow air-cooled reflector
- 250 watt MH
- Mountain Air Carbon Filter
- Vortex 6" 449 CFM Inline fan
- PH/PPM Meter

My tap water tests at about 50 ppm, and 7.5 ph
At first I tried using tap water (I was fucking around with the water too much, adding nutes, PH up and Down, all of the big NO NO's.)

I bought a water filter and started to use that as well. Bad luck with it. Figured out the hard way that filtered water isn't stable and the PH goes up and down wayyyy too quick. So back to Tap i went.

I'm using:
- GH's 3 part hydroponic nutrient solution. (Micro, Grow, Bloom)
- Pro-tek's Silicon solution
- Cal-Mag
- Hydrozyme
- Super Thrive
- H202 (for emergency's)

Brief Background: I've grown for four years off and on. Indoor soil, and outdoors. I came up on a stealth hydro setup a couple years back, and last year attempted a hydro grow. That did not go well.

In the beginning of January, of this year, I picked up 10 chemdawg clones from a local dispensary. I didn't know what I was doing and ended up throwing all of them into shock so I threw out 9 and kept the best looking one.

After trying many different bubbleponic setups I finally figured out what I was doing. I let her veg under a 250 watt MH for 2 months, bending her and super cropping. She grew to 16" and I topped her in 3 places before placing her under the 1000 watt.

She's 4 weeks into flowering now and measures 2 ft. tall x 3ft wide and has over 20 top nugs.

(PICTURES WILL BE POSTED TONIGHT)

The 6th picture is a picture of the newborns. Born a little over a month ago, I've been feeding them with a little bit of GH's Grow, and superthrive. This morning there were some yellow leaves, what do you guys think about adding more nutes? PPM is @ 155

I'd say that you can start them on 1/4 strength nutes now with no worries at all. They should respond just fine to that low of a dose. I'd switch to 1/2 strength at your next nute change after that as well... Say after 2 weeks of giving them the 1/4 strength nute bath. 2 weeks after that and I'd go full strength, personally. In general, that's pretty much my schedule with nutes and freshly rooted clones...

Good luck. Your grow looks very good, buddy!!! It looks like you've got DWC Hydro figured out, no problem! :-)

Also, you say those are a month old?? How long did it take for them to root? My clones are usually well over a foot and a half tall after a month of veg... Probably closer to 2 feet.. I'm guessing that it took a long time for the roots to take...

Hey snutter thanks. I'm going to change the water out I think tonight with 1/4 strength everything.

I love how forgiving DWC has been for me. After switching over everything took off and was luscious green. I hope I have the same results as I try Ebb & Flow this time.

I've only had the babies for a week, picked them up from a guy I know. He didn't tell me how old they were but there were roots popping out of them when I got them and also a tag that dated 3/16.

I'll post some new pictures a few hours after I change the reservoir.
