Are u speaking of the person who posted about the government not wanting us to know that chloramine is bad?

This thread is old but the truth is to anyone these days is that chloramines may be safe for plants at low levels but what about the soil/growing medium and its micro herd of benificial bacteria and fungi? Well it does harm it, maybe not wipe it out but definitely has a negative impact. True organic growers beware, protect your soil dwelling herd!
