Thats no longer true , not in the US at least.The regulations changed and cigarette manufacturers now by law have to use a paper that goes out if unattended.Its awful as one doesnt have to leave a cig unattended , just stop puffing for a minute or less..it goes out , relighting them tastes like an old ashtray , pretty disgusting.

1st of all, fags go out all the time, just dont draw it, 2nd rolly never go out, u obvc just cant roll that well, ima make a quik rollup and post a pic.

1st step get ur smoke mix ready:
2nd get ur rizla ready:
3rd put smoke mix in rizla as evenly as u can:
4th pick it up from the roach and slide ur thumbs up the spliff to get any excess mix out:
5th get a clipper lighter and poke it down:
6th use the rest of the mix, poke it down a lil thenget the topa the spliff and twist with thumbs, also burn any excess paper before the roach so its easier to draw smoke:
eh voila and btw if anyone wants to know that weed is blue cheese, a rollup and a spliff roll the same so just copy what i did and improve, that wasnt my best of rolls coz ive just had a blue cheese blunt lol

on the us cigs its is printed "FSC" (fire safe cigarette) above the bar code. splif instructions, uneeded.

cant find it in uk on either b and h silvers, mayfair superkings or soveriegns.
