Thanks I checked them out and watched a few.videos.. pretty simple stuff. Starting my collection of stuff ill need now.. can't wait as I love the whole growing experience and its been a few years. You putting more pics up soon?
Yup, topping is no big deal once you learn where it has to be done on the plant, a lot of people just use their fingers to bend it in half and snap it off, but i'm not saying you go and try that just yet ;p.
Either tomorrow or the next day I'll post some pics, not much has changed except them colas got pretty swollen, and more hairs are starting to turn orange. She is at day 54 in flower now, so.. I think very soon it will be time to chop, just not exactly sure when so Ill be looking at them trichs.
Thanks

!!!update!!!

Alright, Day 56 since 12/12 and I really think its time to chop, I could even be late a couple days.
Upon clipping a sugar leaf off and looking at the trichomes I spotted like 4 - 8 amber on a single leaf tip.
Please let me know if you think its time to chop.
Here are some pics from about an hour ago.

Need expert opinion on if you think its time to chop.
ThankS!

The calyxes have amber as well so Im chopping it down right now, but Im leaving the lower buds to see if they fatten and resin up some more.
Im taking a smoke break every time Im done pruning a bud, its very tiresome... lol
Stay tuned to see some pruned buds. :weed:

is the smell strong? I've heard that C99 strains have a low odor.
Mine were very low odor until the final 2 weeks, in which it presented to me the most intense grapefruit punch in the face I've ever experienced. However, this is down to pheno's and mine was unfortunately a particular low yielding pheno, but one of the best smokes I've ever had. I just wish I had the space to clone, she was a special smoke.

Here is my complete harvest

Smells very much like green fresh plant, we will have to see how well the cure brings out the fruity taste. The air is very humid, right now about 60% humidity which is way too high, but it has been raining sideways for the last few days, very intense thunderstorms Im really hoping I don't risk mold, so I have a couple fans blowing around the room.

A couple sandwich baggies of sugar leaf and sparse buds for who knows what, may save it until I acquire more from other plants and make some hash or cannabutter.
Should I keep this well aerated as well so they don't get mold?

Whats left of her.. really got tired of trimming and will add whatever is left from her to my sugar leaf bags.

Thanks for all yours help RIU, great community to come to and learn to grow.

( I will use this thread to finish up with the other Cinderella 99 which started on a 12/12 schedule and is just now starting to pop white hairs all over.)

Well, I believe I messed up and chopped the big momma a week or two early, classic noob mistake . I have the buds hang drying and plan on jarring them within like a week because they are getting pretty dry already since she was chopped too early and them colas didn't swell up like they should have .
Time to focus on the other Cinderella which went into flower 28 days ago, started 12/12 from seed in the beginning of May.

its ok dude. what im really loving is that these buds have the potential/will be just as big as hid buds if left to grow. i have not found a strain that finishes faster than 10 weeks from pistil..9 weeks if you really need to rush.

my boys grow c99 all the time. its an awesome fast sativa that smells like pineapple! usually only takes ~10 weeks from pistil. chemdawg takes 11-12 weeks, sometimes even longer. my diesel was the only plant i pulled with white pistil growth continuing cause i couldnt wait any longer. 12 weeks from pistil was enough for me, but she kept on wanting to swell!

you have awesome fluor buds, i think im gonna switch my windowsill grow to a cfl grow cause the windowsill is hot boys lol. how many watts did you run on your c99?

to see week by week progress of some of my plants look here. they are short reads:

UPDATE!

A little over two months old and Im running into problems with this lady. Not sure why all the leaves are getting funky but I think it could be a combination of under feeding since I haven't fed yet, or its rootbound. Ill be taking a look today at the root ball and see where its at, if its rootbound Ill transplant into 5 gallon today, hopefully she won't hermie on me. Take a look, please.

And then we still have the buds from the first plant still curing very slowly, Ive been burping them every 12 hours for about 10 minutes at a time. Its so humid out I dont even think burping the jars is doing them any good lol, maybe adding moisture.

n for shits n giggles I made these with the popcorn bud..

THANKS!!

Nice Job Man!

Me and you need to blaze some time. :bigjoint:

And when my lady's are finished we need to blaze them as well..

You could try drilling some holes around the side of the coffee can. It's probably not getting enough airflow to the soil it probably has a water clot in it somewhere. That, or cut the ring off the top of the coffee can and pull out the soil (gently) and check the root it might have mold.
