Clone from a Clone

I'm new to cloning, have 5 clone plants taken at different times the tallest is 10" the shortest is 3", because there clones do i have to wait a certain time before i take clones from the clone plants?
I have been flowering for 4 weeks, do i have to wait till there 12' tall before i add the clones to the flower room? Toping is that just where you cut the top off to make it shorter?

topping isnt to make it shorter. You take off the new growth to make 2 new heads appear. I use a technique called Fimming which makes more than two new heads appear. You can take clones whenever you want just make sure you have ample brances to take them from. You can flower them whenever you want.
