What type of lighting gave you the best results in rooting clones?...Let me know, always looking, and willing to try new ideas...

I am using 2 24" T5 HO lights and they work just fine.

Do you put them close to the clones, in a cabinet or open room or...? I'm trying a humidity dome right now looking to try another setup that may prevent the mold problem I was having...

cloning takes very little light. they are concentrating on making roots not growing. my cloner just sits on the floor and gets residual light from veggers.

I use a 2' 2 bulb T5 over my cloning are. Have it about 6 inches above the 7" dome I'm using. Works like a charm. I use something like this: http://images.hayneedle.com/mgen/master:HDR352.jpg?is=200,200,0xffffff

Same here, no problems. If you want to go cheep you could get one of thos florescent grow light you see in a garden supply store. Good enough 'til you put them under your regular grow lights.

t5's almost always show the best results with the lowest amount of hassle

23w cfl, yeah I know.I get clones in 2 weeks, ready to plant in soil.
