So I decided to make a clone 4 days ago, its pretty small but anways I cut her, soaked her in superthrive then added rooting hormone and place it into the soil.. It was laying flat in the dirt when I cloned her due to the weight, but now shes errect and no discoloration. Does this mean she is successfully cloned?

Ideally, you would see roots. In dirt that is not possible, so a good rule of thumb for all plant cloning ( not just MJ ) is to see NEW growth. This could take 3-5 weeks in soil. It sounds like your plant lost water, then soaked some back up through the stem - same way a bouquet of flowers does.... Does not mean there are roots. However, it is a good sign that the stem is alive!
good luck

No it means its in a humid environment !

just because the cutting is erect does not mean that it has been successful. generally speaking you want to use rockwall in a sectioned humidor so you can remove the clones individually for roots once you see roots your clone is successful. good luck.
