Clone topping / pinching questions ! Early flow

How long does it take after pinching a top for it to grow back to be able to pinch it again ?
Id like to be able and get 4 main colas on each ! I don't want to veg more then 2 weeks !
And there already going to be 15 days old when ill get them ! Thx in advanced for any help or advice !

....I'm not the lazy type to just ask for every lil question I think about ... I did some research but cant seem to find how much time in between pinching i gotta wait... like how big to they need to get ?
