White dots on one
As soon as you cut it dip it back in water for no air bubbles get inside stem. Scrape outer layer with a sterile razor blade. Dip in clonex gel and stick in propagation chamber with HEAT MAT. LEAVE ALONE/. Spray once / twice a day and put done rite back on.

I see a lot of peope struggling with clones.
I keep things as simple as I can and get faster results than some people get in thier aeros.

Take the cut, dip it in clone gel, put it in a pre soaked )at correct ph( root riot cube upside down that's already had 95% of its moisture squeezed out by hand so they feel very light to pick up. Put them all in the dome with no leaves touching each other. Give them a light misting and mist the inside of the dome lid pretty well but not enough so it runs. Put the lid on with both vents closed. After 2 days remove lid and replace again, crack one vent. 2 days later remove lid, replace and crack the other vent. 2 days later remove and replace lid and make sure both vents are fully open. If you dont see roots over the next 3 days using this method then it will not be down to the method used but down to the mother you took the cuts of. Some strains root easy, others do not.

Almost missed out my light!!
I place the dome on my bedroom floor so it's not directly in sunlight and I live in the UK we dont get much sun its always cold. Job done.

I've just rooted 9 using this method and I had roots in 7 days on 8 of them.

Heat mat is very important and water in bottom tray to make humidity. Just like 16 oz a day into tray. And leaves touching each other or side of dome is no big deal. 18/6 light cycle. I was just about to give up when I added 1 more cfl and after lights out that night I had roots. Just got 4 more today with roots. I have no space for all these plants.

Cloning can be easy if you follow a few rules.

One: Take the cutting while the plants are still in 18/6 cycle just before the night cycle begins.

Two: leave the cuttings in water in the dark for the first six hours the same normal six hours that the plants is in darkness before taking the cutting. Check after the first hour any plants that are wilting need to have their stems re cut due to an air block.
Note this is the most important step it allows the clones to plug their stems preventing them from wilting when when you put them into your rockwol or other growing medium.

Three: after six hours dip in rooting power or fluid then insert into soaked and conditioned rockwol then place in a humidity dome under weak or fluorescent lighting.

Four: Spray plants twice a day for the first two days and one time for the next two or three days, after ten days the clones should all be rooted depending on the strain.

Note using this method you should see little to no wilting.

Each to their own, we all find a way we like to do it and stick with it. But as you quoted me with the heat mat being very important, im getting roots in 7 days without one in UK weather. If I were to add a heat mat to my method without making any changes I would most probably run into problems. Keep it simple and keep it clean.

It's hard to beat aero cloning for clean & simple.
take cuttings put in pucks, fill cloner with non PH'd tap water ( or ph if ya wish, doesn't matter)
pump 24/7
low intensity light @ 16" ( t5's)
don't F with for 2wks....

Do u use humidity dome with aero, if not whats the RH where u keep your clones
