Clones only 3 leaves?.?.

So I cut about 20 clones off of my mother plant which I'm not sure what strain she is it was a random seed that I found in one of my dispensary jars it's a dispensary jars The clones took a little bit longer to root the normal almost 4 weeks and I've noticed now that most of them have only 3 families instead of the typical 5 could this be an auto flower issue will it affect the buds?

If the clones are young still they should grow more as it matures, it could be genetic time will tell
