Clones seem to be growing VERY SLOW

After reading through I wanted to ask how often you water? Maybe skip a day and see what happens. I’m thinking those clones don’t want it as moist so the roots are staying put. Wait an extra day or two then water and most likely your roots will go looking for moisture, making your plant grow. Also some people Veg 24/0, 22/2, 20/4, or 18/6. The problem with more light is that the roots don’t grow as much. Lights off is when the roots grow the most.
