Without knowing your specific environment it's hard to know, but
Outside is often a harsh environment for young cannabis plants. Try starting them inside, under flourescent grow tubes, in a humidity dome, on a seedling heating mat. Once your plants grow a strong rootball, transplant them and then you can safely move them outside.
Where I live in Colorado, our ambient humidity is often ~15%. Clones do best in 90-95% humidity. I wouldn't expect anything to survive cloning here if I stuck them straight outside. If your outdoor humidity isn't at least 35%+ preferrably 50%+, I would strongly recommend starting your clones indoors until they have strong root systems.
