I have a plant I popped from seed which is growing ridiculously slow..but growing nonetheless. I was wondering if I were to clone off of that plant would those clones growing at the same pace as the mother ? The picture shown is 5 weeks in veg same as my other plants
Your plants look good so my guess is probably. Still take a clone anyway when she gets bigger it's worth a try. But my guess is it's genetics.

I'm pretty sure plants grown from seed grow up to 25% faster and possibly bigger than clones due to hybrid vigor. At least that's what Cervantes said in his grow bible. I had one white rhino seed that I really wanted to flower out and it was a dud. I wound up cloning it and that was more of a dud. Some seeds aren't really worth the trouble. They can't all be gems....
You have other healthy plants there' fine for clones or whatever you want to do. As long as that one isn't some exotic strain that you just gotta have; I'd say it's time to let go......

I had a runt plant too. It was like four inches tall at 8 weeks and looked half dead, then when I flipped it magically came to life.

It’s almost solid pistils up the stem now.

lol mushrooms are my main jam.

Been considering trying to tissue culture though, pretty crazy stuff.
yes, its facinating how you can get little plantlets from a small piece of leaf, great for pheno hunterws to create hundreds of mother plants from a single leaf

I've actually taken a clone from a 1ft plant, (in a 13 gallon pot)
and put it STRAIGHT into a 13 gallon pot (all coco)
In the end, the original plant ended up as a 5x5 size scrog,
the clone 4x4 !
So it wasn't that far off..
