Cloning/Lighting question

Hi guys,

So I'm fairly new to cloning. I recently did my first attempt and after 2 weeks 19 of my 20 had rooted which i was happy with. I used fluorescent tube lighting, i think they were 40 watts each.

My question is can clones be started under a regular 75 watt household lightbulb? Today I made another 20 clones and unfortunately my fluoro lights are not available for a couple days.

Is there any chance of the clones working under a regular 75 watt bulb?
