General rule for cloning in a solo cup-
*there should be at least 2 nodes showing
*transplant when you can see roots.

You want a cut that looks like this at a minimum.. or bigger.
Then just sit it in a shot glass of h2o. Change the water every day. You will have roots in a couple weeks.
Just keep it in your tent under 18/6 light.
