Closet Grow Need Help With Lights

ok im growing in my closet and was wondering if 3 lamps using this type of light is enuff light these are the energy efficent lights or if i should buy more lights by the way looks like a sunlight when switched on

Even if you got the 26 watters you d need about 8 per plant first the white/blue color for veg then the reddish ones for flower.CFLs just are good to replace you house bulbs to drop your electric bill then use a simple 400 watt digital switchable setup for under $170 only costs about 15-20 to run a month and if you change 10 bulbs to cfls your back to regular price bill

4 plants i was ringing all the hardware stores in sydney 2day they only sell up to 40 watt cfls
