I have a window AC about 2 feet from my closet. Can I leave the closet door open so the AC air gets in the closet? And just have a fan to circulate the in the closet?

Updating pics. Still working on it. More to finish, the temps while lights on is 72 degrees, and when lights off it's 66. I have an AC unit a foot away and a oscillating fan right in front of the AC blowing into the closet.
