look like 10 days old to me...I'd switch to a 6500k daylight cfl for their seedling/veg period....just my $.02

Make your own CO2 using tap water, mixed with 1 cup sugar and add 1 pack of yeast...you can find this in the grocery store...per 1 gallon. Set the gallon jug by your plants...the yeast will convert the sugar into CO2...works for like 7-15 days. Keep adding sugar/water/yeast to continue the process...

yeah yeast in a milk jug with two cups of sugar and fill with water will make co2 put on top of closte i.e shelf . and no you cant tell how old just let em grow and youll be in business

so should i start that process now or wait?? because they need the c02 what all day??

yeah its easy just put the cap on after lights out becuse plants dont use it

id put them lights closer or they will tend to stretch..

how close should i have the lights to my 11 day old plants??? these are the bulbs i have right now how long will they work???? http://www.goodmart.com/products/1323751.htm they are 300 watt cfl energy saver i have 2 right now for 3 small plants

3" away from plant tops...the bulbs you have now are only a 2700k color temp which is ideal for use during flowering...

as I said, get yourself a 6500k color spectrum "daylight" cfl and you'll be doing fine with veg stage

any local stores sells 6500k's i got this 2700 k from lowes bro???
