Closet ventilation

Hello everyone! Hope you all are well. I've frequented this site for a few years trying to learn as much as I can and I am officially going to take a shot at cultivation! I plan to use two 32"x32"x63" tents. I can fit the two tents in my closet as it has a divider in it. There is a lot more height in the closet but I couldn't find any 32"x32" tents that were any taller than 63". The closet has two bifold doors so it's never entirely sealed. My question is, how the hell would I exhaust in a scenario like this? I plan to use 400w lights per tent and I'll have 1 Vortex S-line fan to exhaust both tents but I just don't know where the hell I would exhaust to. Can I just cut a hole in the wall and stick the ducting in said hole? Any help would be highly appreciated!

Ah, I guess it would help to mention that I live in a small apartment building that only has 6 residents in it. I'm not concerned about holes in my apartment walls too much as I'm capable of repairing them but exterior walls are problematic. Thank you for your response though!

You would have to know whats behind the walls so you'll have some idea where you'll be exhausting to.

In my case I exhaust through the top of my closet which leads to my attic, my exhaust fan is in my attic and is suspended on bungee cords so all I hear is air being sucked through my carbon filter all you hear is a wooshing sound that's no louder than your range hood fan on lowest setting or commercial floor fan they use for drying floors. Right now I'm in what I call trichome watch about 30% milky some 90% clear, pistils getting darker temps are high 70's low 80's humidity mid 30's - low 40's.

For my next run I plan on moving my fan 15' closer to the eaves of my house and get power from my attic, I have plenty of spots to get it from, and hang the exhaust fan betwwen the rafters as I do now but further away to really have zero noise. My fresh air intake comes from my 5' crawl space with a 4" duct that runs about 8-10' to a vent that brings fresh air into my crawlspace ( with pantyhose taped on the end to keep out bugs ).

I joke with my friends that come to my house that I have a server in my closet when they hear the wooshing noise but never, ever tell anyone about your grow op. They truly believe I do have a server I have 5 desktops computers I just say it's for data back up. And it helps when my son in law is an IT Tech.

avoid taking a shot, and a change of attitude is required on your part,

as this may entail a PLAN = a sequential method of operation

a lot depends on your current site, the bottom line is

go buy a used door, and make a passive inlet at the bottom with an extract fan at the top

venting out into the room, leave a window open.

come time to move on ...re attach the door

Good Luck
