I have asked this on multiple forums and keep joining new ones for fear of repo mods banning me... :P

My jewlers loupe is 30x zoom and with an iphone this is the best quality photo i can get.
Please tell me... i haev looked at countless photos on google of trichomes. but i can stare at those until my eyes are watering and still can't make a good decision on when to chop my girls... I see about 1 amber trich for ever 50 regular ones. But i can't for the life of me tell if it is clear or cloudy trichs i have right now...

Tough call with these pics. I try to see how many clear ones I see compared to how many cloudy ones there are in all. When they are mostly cloudy with about ¼ th. amber they are done enough for me.

Add some more photos ill try to tell those photos they look more clear to me so I would wait

I usually harvest when I see almost no clear and more amber trichomes every day to ensure a good body stone I medicate for back and joint pain insomnia and sites where I broke bones that are painful ever since so I need indicas cbd strains etc happy growing my brother

Looks like maybe 15% of the trichs are amber. Its tough to judge without a full pic of the plant, but i'd say wait. If your'e in doubt don't harvest.

funny how many people say, look at the trichs, then people say after seeing those trichs, hard to tell without a pic of the whole plant. so, which is it?
this is how i harvest,
If the plant doesn't look done, it probably isn't. it should look like a bud. i run a perpetual with multiple strains and I have no idea how long each one is in flower.

when it looks done, THEN i look at the trichs, and it's a matter of days to chop at that point. VERY rare I see a plant full of white hairs that is ready to harvest, or even look at the trichs

Most likely that is not amber you see but the lighting is off. Take a specimen into a full light source and check it
better to be sure then to guess if I think the plants are done I usually wait a week or two then chop just to be sure my impatience doesn't rush anything
