CO school zone regulations?

Are there regulations for patients who live in school zones in Colorado? I have read the new bill and i dont see mention of it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

That's another F$#@-up they still have not corrected. They (CDPHE) say you cannot possess, cultivate or sell within 1000 ft of a school's property boundry, but failed (again) to take into account MMJ users who live within 1000 ft of a school. So basically, if they want to they can nail any MMJ user to the cross claiming they broke the 1000' rule. As long as they don't find anything else illegal or any firearms (which is also a violation of your 2nd amendment rights) you then then SUE THE LIVING CRAP outta the city and state for wrongful arrest, etc, etc... The only way these politcal asshats will ever learn is if the locals start fighting back where it hurts the most... public ridicule followed by a healthy lawsuit.
