so i bought this Co2 system for my flowering room and im not totally sure how to get the flow where i want it. My flowering room is approx 500 Cu Ft. This system calls for 2 1/2 hours on at a Flow rate of .2 Cu Ft and on and off every 15 min until 1 hour before the lights go out. Im not sure how to set my flow regulator to .2 Cu Ft. It stars at 2 and goes up to 20 and im not totally sure of the Units. I think it says 50 PsiG or something like that. Please Help !!:blsmoke:

That sounds like a good one, except it only goes upto 20, a higher number like 60 would have allowed you to fill the room quicker.
If you want to use a digital timer to let the flow in for an exact number of minutes you’ll need your room to be at least 83 cubic feet. It will give you 2000 PPM set for 10 cubic feet per hour for one minute in an 83 cubic foot grow space. It only goes as low as 10. I assume your room is larger than that. Just make sure it will fit your tank.

the folowing is a post from nongreenthumb, (just giving credit where credit is due)
(a) total volume lenghtxwidthxheight=total cubic feet

total cubic feet x 1500ppm =cubic feet co2 needed to bring level to 1500 ppm

a x 0.0015 = y cubic feet

y devided into 8.7 =

(x0.33) = pounds of fuel needed

pounds x 16 = how many ounces you will need

I bought a 20lb CO2 tank from a welding supply company. All I do is just open the valve for a few minutes each day twice daily. It's high pressure so I open it just a little bit. I make sure to turn off my fans first.

It has helped a lot. I thought I was just imaging the growth spurts at first, ha. The leaves appear larger and healthier.
