Co2 issue? what caused this?

Hey guys I decided to use one of those CO2 mushroom bags for the first time. it's in a fairly small area my tent is 2x1.3x2 (60x40x60cm). it's a autoflower in living soil.

when I added the bag it seems to have effected the plant negatively the leaves started turning yellow and went droopy and started to get burnt tips. I removed the bigger yellowing leaves thinking the were just dying but looking back at the time-lapse it was either the co2 or par? as I turned par upto 950 (autoflower) I have since now removed the bag and returned light back to my norm 750par and all is going well now all problems seem to have stopped (touch wood)

now have a few kinda patchy looking yellow leaves and what looks to be nute burn on some tips.

I have supplied I quick clip below where you can see as soon as the bag went in the tent the problem started straight away.

just curious what exactly went wrong?

to much co2 ? the par just to high? made the Auto take up nutes to fast?

Thanks for any help

When was it watered last? what are your temps and rh like?
was watered just before the co2 went in. I know that wasn't a issue I learnt not to over and nder water in my early grow days many years ago

in the day it's about 25c and 50 to 55%

at night ruffly 19c and 55 to 60%

I have tried to get humidity down at night but I'm pulling fresh air from outside as it's a stealth grow in a shed which is 5 to 8c and 99% outside at night

since I can't get humidity down at night I was thinking of trying to raise the temp to meet vpd. bur having a heater out isn't very stealth, do you recon using a heat mat to warm the soil would be just as beneficial? just a thought lol

a heating pad would prob help as 66 is a little low

but I'm confused, you are using co2 but you are pulling in fresh air from the outside?
yeah i know I had the bag already and I tried it and sealed up my room but can't control humidity with the small dehumidifier I can fit in my tent bit of a bummer I have the inline on as low as possible it's prob doing nothing but can't seal it up without problems. so it's just there lol

what if I had the bag in a separate sealed cardboard box or something and drew from that? prob dumb but just a thought

#1. The bag doesn't produce CO2 immediately.
#2 the bag is useless you could make more CO2 breathing on your plants
#3 you said the only thing diff was the CO2 but then you say you increased the light intensity.

Your issue lies in the light intensity. Jumping ~300umol is going to make a profound diff good or bad. If she isn't ready for it it'll be the latter.
The CO2 bag is literally just taking up real estate in your tent. You could hang a t-shirt in there and achieve the same effect (nothing)

Even if the CO2 bag worked it still wouldn't do much because to gain any type of benefits from CO2 you need to increase light intensity and temps to bare min 85°

Save your money next time.
