Cob leds

Hi all I am quite new to led growing I recently switched from running a eBay ufo led to a 120w wall power full spectrum cob the cob seems a white light and I was wondering if it will be ok to flower autos with in a 60x60 tent there is a big difference in the colours between the ufo and cob even though there both suppose to be full spectrums I have had to keep the cob at a higher distance from the canopy than I did with the ufo as the plants seem to suffer from light stress at the closer distance the ufo was any information on full spectrum cobs would be helpful as the seller I got this cob from couldn't tell me much more than watts and that it's a full spectrum thanks the light from the cob looks a lot more white with the naked eye than it looks in the picture thanks

Hi there the seller didnt have much details really apart from 210 smd mixed LEDs full spectrum light (that looks white to me) 120w power draw. I'm just not sure if there is enough red in it for flowering but I am use to blurple LEDs of the blue and red spectrum so is the white type of light for veg only or can it flower too the light seems to have intensity when I take a picture of it the camera screen flickers like it did when I use to run hps unlike the ufo I was using this cob light just seems like white light to the naked eye and I understand that with autoflowers timing is critical and issues effect overall yeild significantly like using the wrong sort of lightning

120w is what we would use for the most efficient LEDs in a 60x60cm and I don't think they will close to that so proably limit your self to 60x40 or add some supplemental strips to extend your coverage.

As it is you wouldn't get the densest buds.

Thats right but autos you can run the lights for 20-24 hours. Theres a lot of extra light/dli there

Hi thanks for the input guys I am currently running these autos on 20/4 I have noticed a big improvement with the rate of growth since using the cob under the predominantly red and blue spectrum they had red stems and dark green color to the leaves now they are are more healthy looking in respect to a lighter green color to the leaves and stems so all good so far I still have a few ufo LEDs around so hopefully can squeeze them in to bump up the lighting if needed cheers
