Edit* PH in last post should have said 6.6

Pics from this morning because they look SO happy out of left field haha. Checked for mites again Didn’t see anything. Will keep checking but I’m starting to think that at this point I have ZERO clue what was wrong w the plantsbongsmilie

Medium was dry last night so I watered with just water and Fish Sh!t. PH to 6.3. Watered the green crack and gorilla as well. The gorilla needs food badly it seems due to color but is also growing well too. Going to do a light amending today most likely. Also going to let the gorilla grow much more before starting to train so I can see if I like starting early or later on in veg. The girls are BUSHY and you basically can never find the actual top of the plant. Tried my hand at supercropping with the plant on the right. One of the side branches was like 3in taller than everything else (bye bye atypical dominance:mrgreen:) and I think it went very well.

One thing I haven’t been sure on is when I want to release the main tops from their ties. I would assume after the pre flower stretch?

Day 36 entering week 6.

Purple punch entering flower and the other two are still in pre-flower. Thinking I might get pretty decent sized plants after all…
Watering has been a complete mindjob lol. Pot will be super light but top two inches will still be wettish damp because of the top dressing ingredients and EWC I guess. Deport down it’ll be a fluffy drier mix of the peat and coco. Plants droop HARD if I wait more than 2 full days between watering so I’ve been trying to figure out their schedule (which I should have done from the beginning). Seems like it’s every two days exactly. I def waited too long with 2 1/2-3 days. With the heavy drooping and then watering it took them a whole night to perk back up.

Aside from all the watering screw ups, overfeeding them (slight N claw but they’re fine), some light stress early on, and germination bs…they seem to be pretty resilient and vigorous. Either my mistakes were small and caught pretty early or they just aren’t as finicky as people make them seem. Hell my green crack photo got stunted harder then all of them and is way behind. The gorilla skittlez caught up to the GC and passed it lol.

lot has happened since the last update. None of it is worth typing out for myself. I learned what to do and did it lol. I’ll just post the pics in time order

before the net, decent defoliate going into flower, took all the branch ties off, you can see how droopy they are. I’m still deciding if I should water them or if I’m over watering. Put the net down and weaved all the branches, watered them w a liter each basically. By the next morning all the tops had flipped and everything is looking pretty good I guess

Day 57
Entering week 9
What a god damn journey :eyesmoke:

small update. first pick is the purple in the back and gorilla in the front. Then some shots of the purples fan leaves showing a deficiency. Green crack in the veg tent. You can also see all the purple/red stems on the main branches of the purple punch. Not good. She’s stressed somehow but seems to be doing fine. Possibly from the LEDs on full blast but I doubt it

Strawberry pie is dying. Whatever lol. Going to keep feeding and watering till dead just in case.

Green Crack was moved today from the flower tent to the new veg tent with CFLs. I think the lights are too intense for not only the flowering plants but the green crack for sure. She’s two month old and in pure coco with a fuck ton of perlite because I’m over these drainage issues lol

Wedding cake is set up to have stacked HUGE flowers but is just still in limbo. Feeding her till the end as well.

Purple Punch and Gorilla Skittlez now carrying the team of misfits. The purple punch seems to be slightly deficient only in the mid to upper leaves and no clue what it is, just trying to make it through at this point.

All the autos got a top dressing of EWC and I said screw the dry amendments and gave them a normal dose of FlorNova Bloom @6.3. Will water a couple times then feed again. The gorilla developed one or two copper spots on the bottom fan leaves so she might be running out of dry amendments in the soil. Just going to finish her out on synthetics.

Day 60

raised the lights all the way back up and set to 80%. Giving them a little breather as I think some bleach spots have formed on some fan leaves. Could be other late stages of deficiency or could be light stress. So better safe then sorry. I’ll try turning them back up to 100 at the end of the week and maybe lowering them a bit we’ll see

wedding cake seems to have slightly turned a corner. Some green has begun returning to the leaves it seems (or could be my imagination). And trichomes have started forming on the very small leaves at the top of the buds. She might not be in limbo anymore.

Other plants are moving along. The strawberry pie is still fried but is absolutely covered in trichomes. What a shame lol. She seems to have started bulking up on her flowers but the leaves are still dying. Soonce they’re all gone she’ll be toast I assume. I’ll let her keep doing her thing. Nothing much else to report.

The green crack is doing light years better under the CFLs vs being in the flower tent. She got some water with calmag+ yesterday.

Day 77

I think she still needs time but the smallest sugar leaves are coated in amber ha. The full buds are all cloudy from what I can see. Some new white hairs pushed out. Might be a last push at the end and some bulking but I doubt there’s anything in the medium left and she’s eating those leaves pretty fast! Might chop her Friday or Sunday anyway like planned. She’s in the dark currently..
