Collecting Pollen for later use. Will this work?

Will this catch me a good amount of pollen that I can just scrape off the inside of the bag and put into a tube?

are there any downsides to doing this? Will it hurt the plant? Will the male be able to mature it's pollen in the bags like that?

Alright Emergency update. That method will not work the bags need to be closed as they are upside down but that creates condensation which makes the pollen useless....So I decided to bend the main stalks down and accidentally snapped one....I was going to leave it, like a super crop but the snap was too far down so there was too much wait and it couldn't stand up so I just cut it off....

I am going to try someones method of cutting a stem off with sacs then letting them mature over a container to catch everything in.

I need some advice on that method. Should I cut the fan leaves off so there is nothing in the way, or does it need them.

Also what kind of water should I let the stem sit in.... just plain R/O or some nute water?

The stem is resting in R/O water in a shot glass. Now that it was separated from the plant will the pollen mature quicker and try to get out asap?
