Colorado State prop 64.

The Rocky Mountain High just got a whole lot higher. On Tuesday night, Amendment 64 -- the measure which sought the legalization of marijuana for recreational use by adults -- was passed by Colorado voters, making Colorado the first state to end marijuana prohibition in the United States.

I never thought I would see it in my lifetime, I am truly happy this day has started to pass. The breaking down of the narrow minded people who think Marijuana is so bad. Letting people choose to have it a part of their lives or not. One down, let's keep going!

I had already planned to move to Colorado in January once I've finished everything I got going on here. This just makes it that much sweeter. I can hit the ground running now. No delays no doctor. Giggity

Nice...the first $40 million from the tax will go to the public school construction fund. ;-)

Thanks for the link, Tc1.

21 or older.

You can buy, sell, and transport 1 oz or less.

You can have 6 plants, only 3 can be in flowering.

Still looking through the license information to set up a dispensary or other related business.

Congrats WA and CO!!! Finally you are catching up to the great state of Alaska. 6 mature plants is nice but we get 24. :) Up to one zip: not even a slap on the wrist. Come up and bring your skis and boards!

Oregon took a nasty swing to the no side but there is still hope maybe.

Hard to say without seeing the votes in major cities and how many still out. Looking really doubtful though. (down 10% with 47% of the vote in)

Even so ... "2 out of 3 aint bad". That's more progress than we've seen in 70+ years.
