Commercial rentals? Anyone know of MM friendly buildings?

I've been a patient/caregiver in RI for 3 1/2 years and I am looking to expand a little. I don't have the space for that so I'm looking for rental space. I have seen a lot of artists lofts in the pawtucket area and was wondering if anyone knows of any that are MM friendly. Any kind of work/mill/ commercial space that I can vent outside and pay my own utilities would work. I'm not looking for an apartment type situation because I don't want complaints or anyone to know whats going on for security reasons.

I can tell you where there is set of garages that owner doesnt mind. 6-700 month 1600sqft. Needs cleaning and you gotta build rooms ect but thats part of the trade lol. I know few ppl currently doing it there. Also, one of them were robbed by a patner of same unit an cops didnt give the guy any crap for growing there. Pm for details. They may be filled up though.
