Use ~6400k light frequencies for the "Vegging" of the plant.
Then use ~2800k light frequencies for the "Flowering" of the plant.

Most CFL bulbs state the frequency on the box, if not then just buy some online, as you'll be better off that way.

i have two soft white and 2 natural light on my plant now or should i change them to all soft or natural?
Do you know what frequencies they both are? I forget which one is soft, and which one is natural.

EDIT: yes, use just 6400k until you need to flower.

That completely depends on the strain, size of the plant and many other factors.
You will be using the 6400k bulb/bulbs for a lot longer than your 2700k bulbs.

If you're really stuck, then keep a thread going on this site with regular pictures of your grow, because others will leave their feedback, suggestions and ideas for you.
(Including when you should change your lighting)

On my current grow, I used my 6400k for around 40 days.

It confuses you now but eventually you'll be able to walk into your friends house and be like "You guys are using 2700k bulbs to light this house up". There easy to tell apart once you get the experience of using them. Good Luck man.
