Confused about renewals

Not sure I understand the new laws that were implemented this year, so the bonafide doctor patient relationship, means what exacty? does it mean that me and my patients need to go to a doctor twice a year? luckily I got all my cards renewed in feb and march and are good for 2 years I just want to make sure I have all bases covered when I do have to renew, most of my patients have their own doctor, but what about those of us that don't? any advice or input is greatly appreciated as I get conflicting stories from certification centers. thanks

basically the new law is making the patient go back in with the doctor for one or a few follow up visits to make sure the treatment is working. The caregiver does not have to be there for this.
The law also makes the screening process more through requiring there to be a previous medical condition and the doctors records for that condition, if they don't have doctors records for a condition then they will have to go through a doctor's assessment beforehand.
