this is my first time using rockwool and im to the point where i soak my rockwool in 6.5 ph
water for 24hrs no nutes(afraid to) ,put the popped seed in rockwool w/tail facing down gently layed fibers over seed,...do i expose them to light?
do i put it back in dome?,do in put in dark?
all temps will be 75 to 85 degrees in any of these settings

Useing rock wool you want to make sure the seed does not drowned. Moist is better than wet. So no humidity dome. You can put them under low levels of light, and make sure seed does not try and push out of rockwool.
In the future seeds and seedling prefer 6.3
NO NUTES for at least 2 weeks! The first set of green will be the cotyldon leafs, those are what people call fake leafs. Wait until they turn yellow before adding nutes.

i dont do hydro my self but this is what i know about it

im pretty sure your supposed to hand water untill the roots grow outside of the rockwol and when the roots grow out side of that, you position the plant so that the roots dangle into the water just a bit

any more experenced hydro growers want to chime in and help?

roseman puts in the system from seed ,some ppl say they might drown doing that

he says from seedling or seed my buddy saying it will drown .....
